Senior Developer Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Developer Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support developers by debugging infrastructure and deployment issues in Temporal environments
• Build and improve infrastructure tooling for observability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document best practices and participate in on-call rotations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cloud-based environments as an infrastructure engineer
• Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with containerized services (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and networking concepts
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana
