A company is looking for a Senior Development Writer to lead and execute the communications strategy for donor outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute communications strategy for donor outreach and write materials to strengthen donor relationships
• Synthesize complex information into clear donor materials, including Impact Reports and grant proposals
• Manage grant calendar and deadlines, supporting the frontline fundraising team with various written communications

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of writing experience in journalism, development, marketing, or communications
• Proven experience in creating persuasive and compelling cases for support, including grant writing
• Ability to synthesize and communicate complex issues clearly for varied audiences
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity
