Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized experiences on web and app storefronts through targeted messaging campaigns
- Analyze performance data and customer segmentation to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and improve customer personalization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer businesses
- Experience executing and managing A/B or multivariate tests
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Adobe, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- Experience with customer data platforms (e.g., Redpoint, Salesforce, Braze) is advantageous
- Track record of successful customer segmentation and marketing campaign development
