Key Responsibilities

• Execute the AI & Innovation COE strategy aligned with enterprise goals
• Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and proof-of-concept projects
• Build and lead a high-performing team of AI researchers, engineers, and innovation strategists

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years in AI/ML leadership roles
• Proven track record of leading enterprise AI initiatives and innovation programs
• Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems
• Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance
