Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Clinical Performance Improvement - Anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in business partner support for the clinician-led Service Line Quality Committee
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of quality and safety measurement systems
• Interface with Safety/Risk/Claims Department to promote a culture of safety and identify trends requiring clinician education

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 12+ years of experience in quality and safety
• 7+ years of experience leading teams in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated success in creating structure and process with clear KPIs
• Proficiency in quality and improvement methodologies
