Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Clinical Care Review with Utilization Management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Clinical Care Review employees and manage daily workflow
• Ensure quality and productivity standards are met by direct reports
• Monitor healthcare service delivery and assist in process improvement activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate degree as a mental health professional or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or equivalent experience
• One year of Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience required
• Preferred minimum of five years clinical experience
• Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse or mental health professional required
• MCG Certification preferred
