Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in marketing and digital communications, particularly in political campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in driving grassroots fundraising and engagement
- Familiarity with email CRM operations
- Experience managing and developing talent, as well as holding vendors accountable
- Strong ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategy
