Senior Director of Enterprise Performance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Enterprise Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Business Management System (BMS) and develop execution plans for priority initiatives
• Deliver performance reporting and insights to senior leadership, identifying risks and opportunities
• Manage BMS dashboard and collaborate with Finance and IT teams for enhancements and data governance

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis or strategy development
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Background in management consulting, strategy development, and finance preferred
• Strong financial and business strategy acumen
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and cloud-based platforms is a plus
