Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD)
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across various industries
• Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using relevant technologies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably as the lead consultant
• Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM
• Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes
• Experience with authentication methods and integration middleware
• Familiarity with industry-specific workflows, especially in retail and customer service sectors
