Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD)
- Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across various industries
- Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using relevant technologies
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably as the lead consultant
- Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM
- Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes
- Experience with authentication methods and integration middleware
- Familiarity with industry-specific workflows, especially in retail and customer service sectors
