Senior Director of M&A Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of M&A Integration & Synergy Realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration efforts for newly acquired businesses and manage the integration management office (IMO)
• Coordinate across major functions to ensure alignment and execution of integration plans
• Track, measure, and report on synergy capture while identifying additional value creation opportunities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 8-12+ years of experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or management consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex integration programs, preferably in relevant industries
• Strong understanding of synergy identification, tracking, and realization
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed environments
