A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Process Design & Deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients and D&I on program design to align with technical workflows and process standards
- Support Program Ops and BA in capturing and translating functional and technical workflows into CLS
- Assist with technical workflows, data migration, and provide support for CLS solutions from Design to Hypercare
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in project/operations management or customer service
- Extensive knowledge of HUB Operations, including Nursing, Reimbursement, and PAP experience
- Direct experience liaising between client-facing teams and technology/operational delivery teams
- Power User Salesforce CRM experience with skills in UAT and Hypercare support
- Experience in data mapping and migration, along with operational workflows and CRM enhancements
