Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT projects, from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and goals are met
• Develop and implement project roadmaps, process flows, and strategies to improve efficiency
• Manage projects related to transitioning from custom-built applications to more sustainable, mainline systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT-focused environment
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA and experience as an administrator
• Strong understanding of workflow software and process mapping
• Demonstrated ability to provide data-driven insights
