Senior Proposal Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Advisor who will drive the preparation and coordination of proposal activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise and drive the preparation and planning of activities related to CNS/ATM Systems
• Lead the development of strategic supplier/team agreements and scope of work
• Interface with procurement regarding procurement validation process and pricing from suppliers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 9+ years of relevant work experience
• 10+ years of work experience in a technical delivery environment
• Demonstrated project management experience with US Government contracts and proposals over 100M USD
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations (DFAR)
• Working knowledge of CNS/ATM Systems and project/proposal management experience in this field
