Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Product Management - Payables and Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into a detailed product roadmap and ensure delivery with Engineering and Design
• Drive product strategy for AP Automation, Payments, and Spend product lines, aligning with market needs
• Build and mentor a high-performing Product Management team while collaborating with cross-functional peers

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in Product Management, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles in SaaS or Fintech
• Proven ability to translate strategy into tactical execution and detailed product requirements
• Experience scaling product teams and driving significant ARR growth in a mid-market SaaS context
• Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems and expertise in B2B payments or AP automation technology
• Exceptional leadership skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
