Senior Director of Resource Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Resource Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide resource management strategies
• Establish standardized processes and governance frameworks for resource planning and allocation
• Define and apply innovative analytics approaches to optimize functional resource allocation

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 5 years or Master's degree and 9 years or Bachelor's degree and 11 years of life sciences/quantitative/resource management experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing people or leading teams and projects
• 10+ years of experience in life sciences/biopharma preferred
• Expertise in portfolio, resource, cost, and budget management
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Planisware, Power BI, or Tableau
