Key Responsibilities

• Lead global workforce and scheduling strategies to align with business goals
• Design risk management frameworks and conduct scenario modeling for capacity and scheduling
• Oversee complex initiatives and drive alignment across planning and delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of management experience in people, project, or process management
• 6+ years of experience in resource planning or workforce planning
• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred with additional years of experience
• 8+ years of people management experience is preferred
