• Own the P&L across all regions, optimizing margin, CAC:LTV, fulfillment, and logistics
• Professionalize and scale the organization by clarifying roles and building high-performing teams
• Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a senior operational role such as COO, VP Ops, or GM at a DTC or CPG brand
• Proven ability to combine big-picture thinking with a focus on process and execution
• Experience in building teams and holding P&L accountability
• Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments and solve complex problems
• Demonstrated qualities of being hungry, humble, and emotionally intelligent
