A company is looking for a Wholesale Coordinator Floater to support various teams in managing loan files and ensuring accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process applications for submission to underwriting and manage loan conditions
• Provide coverage for Pipeline Coordinators and maintain shared documents for streamlined communication
• Adapt to varying workloads and support team needs while ensuring confidentiality of client files

Required Qualifications

• Previous mortgage processing experience required
• Intermediate knowledge of mortgage loan documents and underwriting guidelines
• Ability to handle advanced tasks with minimal supervision and work under pressure
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
