Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Services to lead and scale its expert services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the vision for best-in-class ServiceNow delivery across all client engagements
• Provide executive oversight of domain-specific practice leads and ensure practices evolve to meet customer needs
• Govern the execution of delivery across all clients, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to methodology

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in professional services leadership, ideally within ServiceNow or digital transformation ecosystems
• Proven track record of managing large-scale service delivery teams across multiple disciplines
• Deep understanding of enterprise service delivery principles and platform-driven business transformation
• Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L or delivery margin targets
• Demonstrated success in people leadership, coaching, and organizational design
