Australian Payroll Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Dimensions Consultant with expertise in Australian Payroll and Time-to-Pay functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of UKG Dimensions focusing on Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Australian Payroll integrations
• Design and implement pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies in compliance with Australian Fair Work legislation
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UKG Dimensions Consultant, specializing in Timekeeping and Time-to-Pay configuration
• Strong knowledge of Australian Payroll practices, including award interpretation and Fair Work compliance
• Hands-on experience configuring pay rules, work rules, accruals, and scheduling policies within UKG Dimensions
• Experience integrating UKG with Australian Payroll platforms such as SAP and ADP
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team across multiple time zones
