Job Summary
A company is looking for a Leadership Development Consultant/Assessor.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and debrief assessment reports, advise on development plans, and participate in related assessment delivery activities
- Partner with consulting colleagues as a subject matter expert to deliver solutions for clients
- Manage assignments in a fast-paced work environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Master's Degree or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or Business
- Coaching experience and an ICF designation are an asset
- Familiarity with a range of assessment tools
- Ability to work independently and embrace change
- Comfortable advising leaders and influencing stakeholders
