Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the vision for Solutions Consulting, aligning team goals with sales objectives
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while establishing clear career paths and a culture of excellence
• Standardize processes and metrics to ensure consistency and quality across all client engagements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or related pre-sales roles, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership
• Proven track record of managing large, geographically distributed pre-sales teams
• Deep knowledge of design research, UX research, or human-centered research domains
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
• BA/BS in business, anthropology, sociology, market research, design research, HCI, or equivalent experience
