Senior Director of Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, MTAP Transformation Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive program governance processes and meetings with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with strategies and achieve business goals for the MTAP program
• Lead and drive tool adoption to support the MTAP program, including collaborating on product roadmaps and training development
• Monitor and track portfolio health, project progress, compliance, and interdependencies across MTAP workstreams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Typically requires 10+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in program and/or portfolio and Change Management
• Requires at least 5+ years of experience within a technology-focused area (digital transformation, application development, etc.)
• Program management leadership experience, directly leading large programs
• Experience working with vendors and establishing governance, processes, and SLAs/KPIs
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
