Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Long Term Disability Claim Management
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to manage complex claim scenarios
- Strong technical knowledge in contract interpretation and administration
- Demonstrated analytical and math skills
- High level of flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
