Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Advanced Support Engineer to provide top-tier technical support to federal and global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex customer issues using networking packet level inspection tools and forensic log analysis
  • Handle critical support cases for the Enterprise customer segment and coordinate cross-team communications
  • Develop automated customer simulations for troubleshooting and create advanced technical training


Required Qualifications
  • Must be a US Citizen residing in the 48 Continental United States
  • Associates degree in Computer Science, Networking, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with packet inspection tools (e.g., Wireshark, TShark)
  • 3+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience with Netscaler or similar networking products
  • Strong background in networking with exposure to load balancing products
