Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of email and SMS campaigns in alignment with marketing strategy and best practices
• Manage ad-hoc email campaign requests, overseeing timelines, review processes, and final product delivery
• Analyze and report on marketing campaign results using relevant metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with exposure to email & SMS
• 2+ years of experience with email & SMS marketing automation tools
• 1+ years of experience using project management tools
• Working knowledge of HTML and email design
• In-depth knowledge of email and SMS compliance and best practices
