Senior Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and inspire product engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery of key initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
• Build and continuously improve engineering processes that drive quality and productivity
• Coach and mentor engineers to enhance their growth and impact

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Engineering Management and 10+ years in technical roles
• Proven ability to lead senior engineers and build high-performing teams
• Deep technical background in software engineering, particularly in complex, distributed systems
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments, preferably with B2B or platform-focused products
• Hands-on experience in Backend (Python) or Frontend (Angular/TypeScript) development is preferred
