Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a full stack engineering team for new product initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of ownership and initiative
• Mentor engineers and guide technical strategy while fostering innovation

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in technical leadership in a distributed team environment
• Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and/or Lean
• Technical competency in C++, DAW plugins, and digital signal processing (DSP)
• Proficient in technical project and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching early-career engineers
