Senior Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full enrollment process for new and existing providers across multiple medical groups
• Handle complex Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Act as a trusted liaison between providers, administrators, and payers to resolve discrepancies and accelerate approvals

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of provider enrollment experience, ideally within a large multi-specialty or value-based care group
• Expert knowledge of Medicare (PECOS, NPPES), Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
• Proficiency with CAQH ProView, Availity, and payer portals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
• Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and enrollment tracking tools
