Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior External Engagement Director who will lead strategic engagement with key external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage board engagement and support board meetings and committee activities
• Oversee donor engagement initiatives and ensure effective stewardship and recognition
• Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to enhance branding and outreach

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field preferred
• 6-8 years of leadership experience in externally facing communications roles
• 1-3 years of community relations experience in education or youth development
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the Los Angeles community and educational organizations
