A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager, Retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple facilities, ensuring effective service delivery and maintenance
- Manage service contracts and conduct financial reviews, ensuring compliance with policies and budgetary constraints
- Lead and develop the facility management team, focusing on employee relations and performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
- 8-10 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years as a Facility Manager
- Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations
- Familiarity with human resource and performance management processes
- Preferred experience with CMMS/Work Order Management systems
