Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Structure Analyst who will lead financing transactions and engage with stakeholders to drive financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with financing parties and lead financing transactions
• Support internal sales teams with structuring and closing financing programs
• Provide financial analysis modeling, forecasting, and strategic objectives alignment

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field and at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with 3-statement financial modeling and valuation analysis
• At least 3 years of experience in project finance or renewable energy finance
• Experience with financial modeling for renewable energy projects and tax equity financings
• Knowledge of energy markets, project economics, and regulatory landscape
