Commercial Loan Closing Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Loan Closing Officer II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute closing of complex loan deals, ensuring all conditions are satisfied
• Review and finalize loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with approved terms
• Manage post-closing activities, including generating transactional notices and addressing ongoing tracking items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
• 4-6 years of experience in a financial institution focused on due diligence or loan documentation
• Experience as a paralegal is preferred
• Strong understanding of C&I and CRE commercial loan products
• Thorough knowledge of loan documentation and related regulations
