Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes to align with strategic goals
• Oversee the development of financial models related to cash flow, profitability, and client performance
• Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience leading company-wide budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
• Experience in mid-to-large organizations with complex financial structures
