Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Genesys Cloud Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Lead Engineer for Genesys implementation and upgrade projects
• Design, configure, implement, and support IVR/ACD scripts for Genesys Cloud Solutions
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Project Managers, and Sales to deliver projects on-time and on-budget

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP Telephony/VoIP experience
• 3+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX (Purecloud) technology
• Associate's degree in an IT-related field is required; BS preferred
• Knowledge of VoIP equipment and implementations
• Genesys Cloud CX certification is a plus
