Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs and designers to design and execute A/B tests and product rollouts
• Conduct UX/UI audits and implement design-led improvements
• Drive strategic design initiatives to enhance user experience and growth metrics

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• B2C growth design experience with a focus on experimentation
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX fundamentals and measurable business impact
• Comfort with data and metrics, with a strong desire to learn through testing
• A degree in design or equivalent experience
