Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to coordinate and lead the resolution of high-impact incidents across its software organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an incident management process aligned with industry best practices
- Coordinate and lead the incident response process for rapid triage, escalation, and resolution
- Analyze incident trends to proactively prevent future occurrences and facilitate post-incident reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management or a similar field, preferably in a software or technology company
- Strong understanding of incident response workflows and coordination best practices
- Familiarity with ITIL principles, SRE concepts, or similar operational frameworks is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex incidents
