Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Incident Manager to coordinate and lead the resolution of high-impact incidents across its software organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an incident management process aligned with industry best practices
  • Coordinate and lead the incident response process for rapid triage, escalation, and resolution
  • Analyze incident trends to proactively prevent future occurrences and facilitate post-incident reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management or a similar field, preferably in a software or technology company
  • Strong understanding of incident response workflows and coordination best practices
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, SRE concepts, or similar operational frameworks is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex incidents
