Senior Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer to create training content for restaurant team members and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply learning and development theories to deliver impactful training solutions
• Support training initiatives from concept to launch, including data collection and stakeholder feedback
• Design tailored training materials for various roles and communicate initiatives to internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a relevant field
• Experience in the restaurant industry (server, cook, cashier, manager)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Apps and Articulate Storyline 360
• Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and theories
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint
