• Develop and provide educational or training services using various software tools

Required Qualifications and Skills

• US Citizenship and active Secret security clearance
• 8+ years of experience in instructional systems analysis, design, and development
• 5+ years of experience in developing Instructor-Led Training (ILT)
• Expert knowledge in learning theory and instructional systems principles
• Ability to lead a team and work independently on multiple projects
