Senior Instructional Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Developer to create curriculum in support of training efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather course material and analyze program requirements
• Converts written materials into interactive courseware and develops new e-learning programs
• Evaluates training programs and keeps abreast of training and development research

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience or commensurate experience
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI
• Experience with Adobe Captivate and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Articulate Storyline & 360
• Experience in DOD curriculum development
