Senior IT Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Administrator to support and drive its IT infrastructure as it grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and asset management of employee devices, including outsourced IT management
• Administer and support the company's fleet of Apple laptops and Chromebook systems
• Monitor IT systems, provide user technology support, and report necessary metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing third-party contractors is a plus
• Background in Computer Support, preferably with Apple products
• Demonstrated knowledge of Apple computer troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
• Scripting experience in a common programming language
