Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Learning and Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize internal and external Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance learning experiences and drive business outcomes
- Design and develop engaging training content using instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Lead the learning and development lifecycle, including needs assessment, course design, implementation, and evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources Development, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, particularly in LMS administration and content development
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems; experience with Workday Learning is a plus
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM
- Proficiency in multimedia tools, including authoring tools and video editing software
