Capstone Mentor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capstone Mentor to guide students through their personalized leadership project journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor students through regular meetings and structured checkpoints
• Support proposal development, tier milestone tracking, and final submission
• Assist students in managing expert consultations and building impactful community-focused projects

Required Qualifications:

• A degree from a Top 30 U.S. university is strongly preferred
• Project management experience is essential for applicants from AUSNZ or LATAM regions
• Strong backgrounds in STEM, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields are especially valued
• Passion for mentorship and leadership development
• Commitment to supporting students through project completion
