Senior Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to manage legal risks and support commercial transactions in English and Spanish-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions
• Participate in due diligence for M&A and joint ventures, providing post-transaction legal support
• Advise on commercial and regulatory matters while collaborating with internal teams and external counsel

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial contracting and negotiations across jurisdictions including Spain, LATAM, the UK, and the US
• Strong expertise in general commercial and corporate law, including M&A and governance
• Experience in compliance and regulatory monitoring, particularly in data privacy and IT security
• Proficient (C2 level) in both English and Spanish, with the ability to negotiate and draft legal documents in both languages
• Motivated to build and improve processes, leveraging technology for efficiency
