Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle strategy and automation roadmap
- Build logic-driven journeys across various marketing platforms
- Own platform performance reporting, journey audits, and continuous improvement cycles
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing, preferably in DTC, eCommerce, or app-based environments
- Proven success in scaling personalized multi-channel journeys
- Deep knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, PostPilot, and ideally Braze or Airship
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in RFM, churn prediction, and event-driven logic
- Experience with subscription, mobile-first, or physical/digital hybrid products
