Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of four, setting priorities and fostering collaboration
- Build and implement end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs to drive awareness, conversion, and retention
- Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing in a B2C environment
- 2+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to lead a high-performing team
- Demonstrated success running omni-channel lifecycle campaigns
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable recommendations
