Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive architectural decisions for ML and LLM models for treatment recommendation and intelligent care delivery
• Build, optimize, and scale complex model pipelines using Python and ML libraries like PyTorch
• Mentor senior engineers and champion scalable system design and engineering rigor

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning and/or Engineering with technical leadership experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and advanced ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Demonstrated success in architecting and maintaining ML platforms at scale
• Deep experience in LLMs and NLP, including transformer models and chatbot applications
• A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (not strictly required)
