A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in GenAI Modeling & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs and embeddings for enterprise data
• Build proof-of-concept systems for GenAI-powered applications and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition prototypes into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML systems engineering, backend engineering, or infrastructure roles
• Strong background in LLMs, NLP, search/retrieval, or applied ML
• Hands-on experience with GenAI areas such as RAG pipelines or fine-tuning
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• Proficiency with modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
