Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Systems Programmer, ISV and Off Codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Knowledge Transfer with clients and assist in documentation creation for ISV software and license key procedures
• Support mainframe disaster recovery team during drills and exercises while installing and supporting ISV software on zOS systems
• Attend project meetings to understand the scope of planned disaster recovery drills and address issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a z/OS environment
• 3-5 years of ISV licensing experience
• Familiarity with mainframe functional areas such as zOS, Storage, CICS, and DBMS
• Experience with installation or support of mainframe ISV products including SAS, CA/Broadcom, and others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation
