Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evolve the YMCA's leadership model and certification system across the network
- Conduct needs analyses and develop leadership development solutions and talent-management systems
- Design and implement career growth and pipeline development programs, including cohort-based training
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in training or leadership development
- Ability to travel approximately 15 - 25% of the time
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and various technology systems
