Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and evolve the YMCA's leadership model and certification system across the network
  • Conduct needs analyses and develop leadership development solutions and talent-management systems
  • Design and implement career growth and pipeline development programs, including cohort-based training


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in training or leadership development
  • Ability to travel approximately 15 - 25% of the time
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and various technology systems
